Our Story

Hello! I'm Sarah Lewis, your Wand Master Tour Guide!

The idea for Wand Master Tours came about in 2022 after experiencing the wizard realms in the Universal Orlando Parks for the first time. I was full of anticipation and while the experience had its magical moments there were disappointments and frustrations along the way. Disappointments and frustrations, I discovered, were common among other witches and wizards. As I continued to frequent the parks, I observed more and more families walking away from spells--heads hung low or tempers lost as they had tried  the interactive spell casting moments over and over again to no avail. I watched children anxiously stepping  up to tricky spells everyone else seemed to get right away only to have their fears reinforced. My heart ached for parents who forgot to take pictures because they felt rushed as a line began to form behind their spell-casting child. They would only realize the missed opportunity when they got home. The final straw? Observing witches and wizards watching from the sidelines  due to lack of accessibility and neurodivergent supports. 

So, I set out to research and become a Wand Master--an expert in all your magical needs!

I discovered wand mechanics and spell casting can be more difficult depending on location, time of day, guest height, wand motion, etc. Also, Universal Orlando Park provided Spell-Casting Members, while helpful are not always available or often spread too thin to help all guests. Some spells are even hidden or locked! There is so much to enjoy and experience that can be easily missed even if you've been to the wizard realms before! 

After ten years of  teaching children from all walks of life, I offer my passion, instructional know-how, and interactive wand expertise to help you and your family craft an even more magical journey specific to your goals and needs allowing you to focus on enjoying and capturing all the magical moments available!
